At Poppin Candy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sweet treats. If your order isn't quite right, you can return unopened and non-perishable items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Sweets

  Carefully place the unopened products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
